A video has been publicised in Poland, where an aircraft was fixed in spying out the relocation of the Polish army during its summer training exercises last year. Polish secret services stated that the plane did not belong to any country of the NATO.
According to the data of the representatives of the Polish defence Ministry, Russian Cy-24MP is traced on the video, which was moving on the height of 300 metres along the coast of the Baltic Sea (such low flights are reached for reducing the possibility to be fixed by radars).
Why the recording made half a year ago was made public just now, representatives of counterintelligence did not explain. However, according to their information, activeness of Russian reconnaissance has recently greatly increased, wrote the Polish paper Gazeta Wyborcza.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine filed a lawsuit in the UN International Court of Justice against Russia within the framework of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, says the site of the Foreign Minister.
